Krikriya Terms and Conditions — Important for Members

Krikriya (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Krikriya and all its members ("you", "user").

• Each individual One Account Only You may open. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your mobile number and email address must be accurate — important notifications are sent to these.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
• Documents may be required for KYC verification.
• It is the member's own responsibility to ensure the security of their account.

Krikriya will never ask for your password or OTP via phone, SMS, or email. Any such request is fraudulent — please ignore it and report it to our support team immediately.

Krikriya reserves the right to verify a member's age and identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification.

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. If age verification fails or false information is found to have been provided, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Deposits on Krikriya can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Each payment method has its own limits and rules.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100 (may vary depending on the method).
• Withdrawal Request: Usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

• Match fixing or placing bets using inside information is strictly prohibited.

For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded or the bet declared void in accordance with the applicable rules.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or under someone else's identity.
• Placing artificial transactions or bets for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Sending viruses or malicious code to Krikriya's systems.

Krikriya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• An order from a legal authority.
• Extended periods of inactivity (specific time limits apply).

Members may also request account closure at any time. If there are any pending bets or an ongoing verification process at the time of the request, the account will be closed once those are resolved.
